Really nice rooms, service, and pool area! They helped me save my daughters birthday party. So kind and nice and extremely helpful! Will recommend to anyone!

Last went in Jan 2011. Beautiful snow town. Missed those days.

I just stayed here with my two children and we could not be happier. We got a poolside room which was something new and terrific for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful for the few things that we needed. The biggest negative thing I have is that the beds were on the firm side but you're barely in them between the pool, all of the chairs in the common areas, and the picnic tables out by the beach. When we come back this will be the hotel that we stay in.

This place is a gem. Lacy at the front desk hooked us up with the perfect accommodations for our family, two rooms next to each other, just steps from the water. We were delighted! We enjoyed the evening on our balconies overlooking the water and a spectacular sunrise in the morning. Rooms are updated and clean. Rooms are well stocked and everything is within walking distance! Adorable coffee hut on the property was open at 6am for a great latte! Very happy that our family stopped here for the night as we passed through.

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were clean and updated. We stayed with our ski team and had a great time. The staff worked very hard and were very accommodating. Terry worked non-stop the entire day. She trained employees, checked us in, answered phones, did laundry, and stocked towels at the pool. She pretty much did it all. This place definitely deserves more than 2 stars.

For the price, you might expect a little more. But the rooms are clean. It's a nice enough place - we liked the access to the beach, and the pool was nice and warm when the lake water wasn't. Staff was friendly. The pool had beach balls we could play with. I would have expected a little more for the breakfast, the only protein offered was overcooked hard boiled eggs - you get more than that at a chain place for the same price per night. Small styrofoam cups for coffee was a little disappointing. If you have kids, they won't enjoy the cereal options at all. Blankets are very thin, might want to bring your own if you can. Showers are fine, water is hot and water pressure is good. I didn't see many trash cans around which makes it difficult to toss pet waste. Some pet waste receptacles with bags would make this place more pet friendly. We always keep bags with us, but I'd rather not carry pet waste all the way to the lobby.

This was a wonderful stay, my husband and I stayed there and the worker Ryan upgraded our room free of charge then I spent quite a while that night in the hospital so you gave us a late check out free of charge. Customer service was amazing five stars to the staff member Ryan

Had work retreat here. We stayed elsewhere. So can't give the rooms a score. The staff accommodated us perfectly. There were a lot of us and they were awesome!
